Use the names as they appear on the team list, so missed shifts and emails reach the right people.

How many volunteers can sign up on cknu.org, not counting the leads. 0 hides it from the sign-up page. Weeks in the Google Sheet use the sheet instead: one spot per Volunteer cell that isn't blacked out.

    Bulk add: recovery drop-off

For food brought straight back from a pick-up. It's marked Needs processing until someone weighs it, temps it and numbers it at the next shift.

    What you brought back

    Log meals

    What went into it

Tick the food you used, from the fridge, pantry, or what was marked used lately. The meals get the earliest bad-by date of what's in them.

Using something from the freezer? Tap Pull out to defrost on it first so its timer carries over.

🏷️ Every container needs three things:

    1. A date label. These are already printed and waiting on the black rack.
    2. A food label saying what the meal is. Print these; they're also left on the black rack.
    3. Our logo. The printed date labels have it, so they cover this too.

    Label check

Look at the containers and tick each one off. Every container needs all three.
